    Mulugeta Bariso Kula is an Assistant Lecturer of Law at College of Law Haramaya University Ethiopia. He is an experienced lecturer of law with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry.

    Mulugeta has graduated with Distinction Haramaya University College of Law, Dire Dawa, Ethiopia. As team member; he is the Winner of Ethiopian Qualifying Rounds Phillip Jessup International law student Association academic moot court competition on Public international Law which was held in 2018 at Saint Marry University, Addis Ababa Ethiopia.

    He has also participated in the 2018 Foreign Direct Investment [FDI] moot court competition on the Third African Regional Rounds which was held from September 5-8 at Africa Nazarene University, Kenya.

    Mulugeta represented Ethiopia Foreign Direct Investment [FDI] Academic moot court competition on the Global Oral Rounds on the International Investment laws which held in Stockholm, Sweden in 2018.

    He has participated in so many activities that are related with international law and represent African youth in this field around the world.
